Terms & Conditions
By booking and/or purchasing any of our hair services where we are providing guidance, advice or treatments either verbally or in person, including at your home, you understand and accept without dispute that none of these are provided as medical, scientific or legal advice. These terms apply to you, your dependents/ children (of all ages) and any person that you are responsible for. You hereby agree that you are permitted to request and authorise the use of our services for all named above and will provide full names and date of birth for all individuals.
We are self taught curly hair consultants specialising in the care of natural curly hair, our expertise have been developed through experience and research and is provided solely as advice, not a guarantee of any kind, including results or outcomes. We will not be cutting hair or performing any chemical procedures.
Whilst we will always do our very best to provide accurate, effective guidance, you understand and accept that results from following haircare regimens can differ between people and hair types.
To our knowledge, the products we use and recommend are largely natural and are safe to use.
You understand and accept that it is your responsibility to check the ingredients and any potential side effects of any products used or recommended by our consultants and that you will do a patch test to prevent any allergic reactions or undesirable outcomes. You understand and accept that Happy Hair Ltd T/A The Happy Hair Co. our consultants and any of our businesses will not be held responsible or liable, legally or otherwise.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Happy Hair Limited T/A The Happy Hair Co. and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
Please be aware that we will be insured to attend your property and provide these services at the time of attending.
You agree to ensure that our consultants are fully aware of any considerations relating to them visiting your property, such as pets, property accessibility, safety risks etc. This is not an exhaustive list. You agree to ensure to the best of your ability that our consultants remain safe, healthy and respected throughout the duration of service delivery before, during and after your appointment(s).
Full payment is required in advance of your appointment and will be requested via email once you have submitted your online booking. Please be aware that your appointment is not confirmed until full payment is received.
If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must do so 7 working days prior to the day of your appointment. 50% of the total fee will be refunded if this is adhered to. Failing this, the full fee becomes non-refundable.
If you wish for additional services outside of your specified appointment and duration, prices will need to be discussed and agreed with our consultant and paid in advance.
SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, United Kingdom.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
